We can sit, walk, talk, draw, play and breathe. in the safety of the space we will create. I’m trained and experienced with several therapeutic approaches including attachment based therapies, trauma therapy, EMDR, Alternatives to Suicide, polyvagal and somatic therapies, sex therapy, internal family systems, emotion focussed therapy and Gottman relationship therapy. My approach to therapy stems from my training and professional experience as well as my lived experiences and interests. I am informed by anti-capitalist, anti-racist and abolitionist Queer activism. My Lived experience includes depression, complex trauma, neurodivergence, eating and body image concerns, chronic pain, as well as living with suicidality. I am a Queer woman, parent, virgo, survivor, and passionate advocate for radical humanity. Originally from Darwin, I have moved around a lot, I love to travel and get lost in new places as much as I can. Outside of work you can find me camping, listening to music, making and sharing food and watching horror anything. Love cats, scared of ducks. I am honoured and grateful to have specialised experience working with the LGBTIQA+ and neurodivergent communities. I am passionate about equalising access to meaningful mental health care for everyone.
