Hi! I’m Regan. I am incredibly passionate about process improvement and project management! Nothing energizes me more than creating net-new processes, optimizing existing flows, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive meaningful results through product releases. I love to immerse myself in every stage of the product release readiness lifecycle by shaping the ideation and strategy of a product, planning project milestones, working with cross-functional teams to build healthy products, and gathering customer (whether internal/external) feedback to further iterate and improve the product. I have 6+ years of experience in project/program management in a fast-paced startup environment and have been able to drive high-impact GTM strategies and product releases. More recently, in the past 2 years, I’ve led the Product Operations Team for Lyft’s Express Drive program. When not working, you can find me writing, volunteering at the Ohio Reformatory for Women, or tending to my many (60+) houseplants.
