About Regan Traphagen

Regan is an experienced communications professional with exceptional writing, photography, and video editing skill sets. Prior to beginning her career as a TV news journalist at WMBF News in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Regan already had a wide variety of work experience ranging from a Pool Supervisor at Banner Day Camp to working as a Paralegal and Personal Assistant at Angelina, Herrick, & Wifler, a law firm specializing in Real Estate. In 2018, Regan left the Broadcast News industry and began exploring broader communications roles at Best Brains Learning Centers as a Regional Business Manager. At Best Brains, Regan learned on the job to use her skills as a journalist in a marketing context. She produced written, video, and graphic advertising content, supported franchisees nationwide in their business operations, and trained on onboarded new franchisees. At the Chicago Association of REALTORS, Regan further narrowed her focus in communications. Borrowing from her experience in the music industry, Regan functioned as CAR's event photographer, worked in tandem with the graphic designer to produce social media graphics, and managed the day to day operations of chicagorealtor.com. Regan is now the Webmaster and Social Media Specialist at Township High School District 211 and continues to freelance as a writer, video producer, and event photographer.
