Background

About Regel Javines

I’m a dedicated public service professional with a combined 7+ years of diverse experience in proofreading, writing, content editing, administrative support, and open-source research and analysis. At present, I serve as congressional district support staff at the House of Representatives of the Philippines, where I support legislative functions and community outreach while upholding the values of public trust and accountability. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, and I’ve pursued graduate-level coursework in both Philosophy and an MBA specializing in Marketing Management. I’m a Career Service Professional Eligibility holder, and throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve consistently embraced roles that require precision, organization, critical thinking, and effective communication—from being valedictorian both in elementary and high school and editor-in-chief in an official student publication in college to maintaining my self-hosted blog, The Philippine Pundit. My strengths lie in combining operational excellence with strong written communication and research skills. Whether drafting policy memos, editing content, or managing administrative processes, I bring a calm, thoughtful, and service-oriented mindset to every task. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about government work, communications, or ethical and informed public service.
