I consistently transform organizations from transactional and bureaucratic systems into efficient, performance-based organizations, innovatively able to solve distressing equity of life issues. Passionate about motivating others, I mentor teams to become their best and instill belief that together we can achieve the “impossible”. I help cross-functional teams see real possibilities, guide their strategy development, and watch them achieve results bigger than the original project. It gives me chills every time! Operationally, I cultivate more effective systems to ensure others can have better lives and contribute to the community. Collaboratively, I am adept in forging Board Relations, partnerships with public / private agencies, and philanthropies; and engaging with legislators, federal / state government officials, and agency / community leaders. Personal: We go hiking and biking as a family. We also enjoy music and theater, and my wife’s singing in our community choir.
