I have overseen the performance and compliance of over 500 drivers and driver managers across the country, ensuring the safety culture among drivers is paramount and that they adhere to the highest standards of customer service and quality. Under my leadership, our fleet has achieved outstanding CSA scores, which are among the best among carriers nationwide. I have also received multiple awards for my leadership and excellence, such as the Silver Safety Award, the Platinum Safety Award, the Manager of the Year Award, and the Presidential Award of Excellence.
