With a BSBA degree in Human Resources Development from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, I have developed a solid foundation in recruiting, screening, and onboarding candidates across various industries and sectors. I have also gained a keen understanding of business priorities and stakeholder relationships, which enable me to deliver effective and efficient talent solutions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MicroSourcing, I establish and maintain contact with the hiring managers, provide regular updates and endorsements of candidates, and administer the end-to-end candidate process. I have successfully filled in total requirements on a given TAT, facilitated sourcing and recruitment activities from entry-level to leadership level, and performed other initiatives to solidify stakeholder relationships. My goal is not merely to ensure that we are hiring the right candidates, but also to assist my clients as much as possible.
