About Regina Cantarelli

Hi! I’m Regina Cantarelli, an architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), specialized in construction management and production. I currently work at ABV Desarrolladora, where I was promoted to Head of Bidding and Subcontracting after just 10 months of experience. Today, I manage all contracts and direct supplies for a m² construction project, leading end-to-end processes including tendering, negotiation, contract closure, and cost analysis. I recently completed a Postgraduate Program in Construction Management (UBA + CAC), and in May I’ll begin an International Master’s in Construction Project Management (Zigurat - University of Barcelona) to further strengthen my skills in project organization, contract management, and collaborative work dynamics. I enjoy being involved in every stage of the process — from technical and economic analysis to supplier negotiations. I rely heavily on teamwork to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving, with clear communication, active listening, and a strong sense of commitment. I’ve also trained in public speaking and effective negotiation, and I’m comfortable working in English thanks to past work experience in the U.S. and ongoing professional development. As a symbol of my approach to challenges, in 2024 I reached the summit of Mount Lanín (3,776 m) with no previous mountaineering experience, relying on my planning skills, perseverance, and determination. I’m currently looking for career opportunities in Europe, where I can continue growing in the fields of Preconstruction, Contracting, Procurement or Bidding, and contribute with dedication, analytical thinking, and a strong desire to learn.
