About Regina Chen

Regina is currently the director and head of the Financial Services and Professions Group and Specialty Unit at Aon Risk Solutions, a leading global provider of risk management and insurance brokerage. Regina has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and specializes in financial lines insurances which includes directors officers, professional indemnity, commercial crime and cyber. She provides insurance advisory and brokerage services to professional firms such as law firms, CPA firms and healthcare, large corporations particularly those with US listing exposure. Regina helps many China based US listed enterprises in designing and managing their D&O insurance programs since 2003. Regina started her insurance career in 1989 as an insurance trainee where she gained casualty underwriting experience. In 1992, she joined Heath Hudig-Langeveldt, an Aon legacy company where her key responsibility is to service multinational clients with local and China investments. Regina moved her insurance broking practice from general corporate to financial lines in and remains as a financial lines specialist thereafter. Regina speaks fluent Mandarin, English and Cantonese. Regina is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
