About Regina Laguna

Journalist, based in Moscou now. Correspondent in Brussels covering EU policies for valencian and catalan press until 2023. I have worked in communications, journalism and Social Media, taking responsibility for internal and external communications, specialising in Justice, European policies and Foreign Affairs. My latest post representing the regional Government of Valencia as Foreign Affairs DG and Delegate in Brussels gives me a wide view of the international field. Currently, I work in Brussels as EU affairs correspondent and TV Political Analyst. As expert in international law. I am also Lecturer at the University of Valencia, teaching on European Institutions, and at Universitat Politècnica de València, teaching st the Master of drones: Master en Construcción, Pilotaje y Aplicaciones de Sistemas de Aeronaves No Tripuladas. As part of various international think-tanks, I have developed an expertise in security and defence forums delivering papers around Europe and Africa. At same time I have completed my academic career as Master in European policies and International Law and my PhD (before dessertation) in European Economic Governance.
