About Reginal D. Harris
Dr. Reginal D. Harris’ exemplary professional career began in July 1987, when he enlisted into the United States Army as a Medical Specialist. He served a combined eight years on active duty and in the reserves. He achieved the rank of Sergeant. In April 1997, after graduating from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences degree (Cum Laude), he accepted a direct commission into the United States Air Force. He attended and graduated with honors from the Air Force University Officer Training School (OTS), at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, in September 1997. Dr. Harris began his career as a Pharmacist at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Base, Texas. He achieved the rank of First Lieutenant before returning to civilian life in March In August 2008, he earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy. In May 2018, he earned his Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He has earned numerous awards, certificates, and other honors. Dr. Harris founded InfoSource Communications in March as a sole proprietorship. In January 2005, InfoSource was formed into a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and S Corps. Dr. Harris has held licensure as a Registered Pharmacist for more than twenty-five years. On October 25, 2019, Dr. Harris was licensed by the State Bar of Texas to practice law before all Texas courts. He worked as “Of Counsel” at the Law Offices of Bell & White, PLLC until June 2022. In November 2019, InfoSource rebranded to provide consultation, representation, and training with a focus on appellate law, business law, consumer rights, family law, misdemeanors, probate, and veteran appeals. In November 2019, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) accredited Dr. Harris to present, prepare, and prosecute claims, on behalf of veterans and their dependents, before Board of Veterans Appeals and the U. S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is also admitted to practice law before the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas (May 2020) and Western District of Texas (June 2020). For more than 30 years, Dr. Harris has educated and mentored students. Currently, he serves as a Visiting Instructor at Texas Southern University LeFleur College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and Adjunct Instructor at University of the Incarnate Word Feik School of Pharmacy Pharmacy Technician Program. He is a member of the Goodwill (San Antonio) Board of Directors.
