I am a 2012 graduate from Forsyth Technical Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Office Administration degree. Along with my degree I received certifications in Medical Receptionist and Outpatient Billing. I am a veteran. While in the United States Army, I was an 05C10 Radio Teletypewriter Operator and a 71L10 Administrative Specialist. I have experience in data entry, and as a material handler. Also, I interned with Highland Oaks Medical Group and with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment. I have an intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. My strengths are in teamwork, organizational skills, critical thinking, problem solving, time management, and attention to detail. I have the ability to work independently, and in a team environment. I believe in providing excellent customer service to maximize customer and consumer satisfaction. I understand the importance of answering all calls courteously and professionally.
