I am a dedicated public service professional with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, a Master's degree in Public Administration, and I am currently a doctoral candidate. My career has allowed me to develop a unique blend of skills and expertise across juvenile services, criminal justice, public safety, and local government operations. I have had the opportunity to serve in roles such as Juvenile Probation Officer, working in the Intensive Supervision Unit and Drug Court, and as Interim Assistant to the City Manager, where I contributed to local governance and strategic planning. As a Juvenile Probation Officer in the Drug Court program, I am passionate about community betterment through rehabilitation and support. I work closely with at-risk youth, guiding them through structured programs that focus on accountability, treatment, and personal growth. My commitment to reducing recidivism and fostering positive outcomes for these individuals is driven by a compassionate and solution-oriented approach. Currently pursuing my doctorate, I aim to deepen my expertise and expand my ability to contribute to public service. I thrive in roles where I can develop meaningful strategies that promote public safety and long-term success for the communities I serve.
