As a RPO Recruiter, I am a very metrics driven recruiter and has maintained roles where I was responsible for daily, weekly and monthly placement goals. I have had full life cycle recruiting (High Volume) experience with creative tactics as it relates to sourcing and qualifying passive candidates. My overall tools for candidate engagement includes cold calling, text messaging, Boolean String searches, Networking, Social Media and relationship building. Outside of my career as a Diversified Recruiter, I am a father of two who enjoys hair cutting, interior decorating, home staging, thrift shopping and Exteme sports and I am originally from Atlanta.
