About Reginald Sainte Rose

A servant leader who fosters thriving school communities, I have built, developed, and transformed schools through a steadfast focus on building cohesive, collaborative cultures. I believe that true leaders create cultures and empower all the teams in the building to sustain the climate. Able to connect authentically with the students, parents, and teachers I serve, I have turned underperforming schools into national schools of character, gained broad and enthusiastic adoption to mitigate resistance for new curricula, and developed wraparound programs that have had measurable impact on hundreds of students. My mission is creating educational communities where teachers are empowered and administrators are centered around a shared goal of igniting school performance. I am deeply committed to inspiring young minds and showing them the possibilities that exist, unlocking their potential despite whatever circumstances they face in life. I connect parents, students, and teachers to that mission by making sure everyone feels heard and having genuine conversations. Whether in the classroom, in the administrative office, or on the basketball court, I mentor and coach teams and individuals to reach their full potential; together, we build strong, cohesive communities. The first step to achieving lasting change in a school environment is changing the culture. Once you have buy-in from key teachers, the climate begins to shift. Rather than focusing attention on the one or handful of resistant staff, I can change the conversation, empower teachers, and galvanize critical mass to achieve long-term, sustainable improvements.
