About Reginaldo Miranda

I currently serve as Regional Lead for Packaging Development, Innovation and Technical Support at Logoplaste, responsible for all initiatives related to product innovation and optimization across our operations in Portugal, Spain and Brazil. I have been working in the packaging industry since 1998, building a career grounded in technical expertise, process knowledge and continuous innovation. I joined Logoplaste in 2011 in Brazil, contributing to local packaging development projects. In 2016, I relocated permanently to Portugal to take on a broader regional role, expanding my responsibilities to include technical leadership, innovation management and customer support across three countries. With more than 25 years of experience, I lead projects from concept through to industrial implementation, delivering technically sound, sustainable and cost-effective solutions tailored to the needs of each market. My responsibilities include project management, support to manufacturing operations, and acting as a key interface between Commercial, Operations and clients. I also lead innovation initiatives focused on performance, efficiency and sustainability. In 2025, I completed the Executive Master in Strategic People Management and Leadership at ISCTE Business School. This step reflects my commitment to combining technical excellence with people-centered leadership and reinforces my belief that meaningful innovation only happens when we develop both people and systems.
