Over twenty years’ experience working in safety and environmental area, managing environmental aspects and safety risks at multinational and local pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical and metallurgic companies, introducing efficient health, safety and environmental programs, through the follow qualifications: •Develop and guide the implementation of the EHS long term Culture across the Globe. •Lead efforts globally to achieve the Zero Harm Goal, by developing, driving, and implementing EHS world-class programs, practices, solutions, and tools designed to foster a safety culture of engagement, commitment and visible leadership. •Provide strategic leadership and guidance in achieving Environmental compliance with all applicable regulatory and industry accepted EHS standards. •Implement EHS & Q Management System for development and certification of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and OHSAS 18001. •Lead, develop and manage a globally harmonized EHS program that will ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory agencies as well as all company standards. •Provide examples, remove roadblocks, and help the various business units and their sites implement the company’s multiple EHS culture programs (Calendar Compliance, Safety Leadership Training, Behavioral Based Safety Program, Near Miss Program, Risk Assessment Program, Global Audits and EHS Diagnosis Program, etc.) •Promote the sharing of best practice, learning, internal and external benchmarking globally. •Assess EHS programs for prioritized risks in line with corporate business objectives and standardizes implementation globally. •Lead a team of EHS professionals, located throughout the globe. Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.
