About Regula Bircher

During the last years in a fast moving working environment I gained a consolidated knowledge of Demand Forecasting / Supply Chain in general / S & OP / Reporting (Power BI) and I improved my analytical skills. I was part of an APO implementation as well as Superuser in several projects such as the APO system migration and I became an expert in SAP / SAP APO DP. In one oft he latest projects I could improve my Power BI skills and help creating and designing a new global reporting tool. Main tasks and responsibilities: 1. Monthly analysis of the forecast taking order history, off take data, stock overview reports, customer forecasts and customer insights into consideration. Close customer collaboration. Customer Segmentation (incl. ABC analysis) – put the right customer into the right segment and calculate / analyze the forecast using different forecasting models and applying a statistical baseline in APO DP. Support the monthly S & OP cycle, hold Forecast Review Meetings with Sales / Marketing / Customers. Provide final forecast version for Demand Planning Meeting / S & OP. Support and coach new Team members on the Demand Forecasting Process and Tools. Set up and update manuals for the Demand Forecasting Process and Tools. Act as APO DP / SAP / BO / Power BI Superuser, solve technical issues together with external consultants. Be part of APO DP / SAP / BI / Power BI projects and test scenarios accordingly (UAT). Be part of APO System Migration. Establish and run PowerBI as the main data tool for the local France organisation incl. dashboards and reports with a view on BU
