About Regulus Bolasoc

REGULUS PARFAN BOLASOC was born in Manila, Philippines in April 1985. In 2007, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Mapua Institute of Technology, a leader in technological education excellence in the Philippines. Architect Bolasoc successfully passed the licensure examination and was recognized as a Registered & Licensed Architect in June 2010. He is currently classified as Grade C by the Ministry of Municipality of Urban Planning in Qatar in April 2016. He is currently working as a Senior Architect for the Technical Support Group of Redco Construction Al Mana. He is tasked to prepare the Contractor’s Methodology Statement & other pertinent technical requirements/ documents as part of Tender submittals. He previously worked as an Architect for BAHADIR Construction Engineering Contracting Trading. Bahadir is the Qatar Emiri Corps of Engineers' awarded main contractor for the improvement, expansion & development of all infrastructure and facilities for the largest United States Military Base in the Middle East – Al Udeid Air Base in Doha, Qatar. He is directly reporting to the Design Manager; he is tasked to prepare and submit a full presentation of drawings, material sample boards, mood boards & other relevant documents as well as shop drawings. He also worked as an Architect at MZ & Partners Architectural and Engineering Design Consultancy Firm in Doha, Qatar. He has handled some of the company’s projects - from residential villas & buildings, commercial buildings and military air bases as well. He has been remarkably contributing to MZP since 2013. Prior to working abroad, Architect Bolasoc gave himself a chance to supervise his own construction team under the management of R. SANTOS Architectural Services, as the Architect - designer and the builder as well. He was privileged to design & construct residential houses, renovations and house improvement projects in Metro Manila, Philippines from 2012-2013. Ar. Bolasoc was a Project Architect Associate at OCB+Associates, Architects in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines where he spearheaded some of the top projects of the firm from the design & planning to strict implementation. He was also entrusted by the firm's management to lead his own design & production team to handle & facilitate all assigned projects from small to big-scale projects owned by big companies and well-known clients. He was part of the said firm from 2008 to 2012. Ar. Bolasoc has been practicing Architecture for nearly fourteen (14) years now and proud member of the United Architects of the Philippines.
