Ensuring that department managers receive an accurate and timely assistance in response to particular queries related to HR policies or other aspects of employment legislation. Updating all employee information into the HR system “Al Shamel & SAP” 15. Ensuring all employee documents are filed in an accurate manner in respective files. Tracking and ensuring all employee records are updated for residency renewals. Maintaining all records to comply with the Kuwait ministry. Ensuring all company licenses and other related documents are renewed timely in coordination with the PRO.
