Growing up, I was always moving, whether it was playing sports, hiking, or just walking around the neighborhood blocks, I loved being active. I have always been fascinated with how the body can move and how much it can do, when the mind thinks it cannot. Throughout high school and my first year of college, I never thought I would have as big of a passion for fitness and helping others as I do now. Being a personal trainer is one of the most rewarding jobs. Not just by hearing how you have helped someone gain the confidence they need, help out with their everyday activities, or helping them reach personal goals, but also watching them grow and challenge themselves in a way they would not without you.
