About Reilly Sullivan

As a recent graduate of Penn State’s Smeal College of Business with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Supply Chain and Information Sciences and Technology, I’m passionate about optimizing processes, leading teams, and creating meaningful impact through strong service and operational excellence. My experience spans customer service, team leadership, and event coordination. From forecasting inventory and leading shifts at Dairy Queen to delivering personalized service at Rockland Country Club and The Boathaus, I’ve developed a hands-on approach to managing people, solving problems, and maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments. Most recently, I served as the Fundraising Specialist and Merchandise Chair for Penn State THON™, helping raise over for pediatric cancer through strategic outreach, donor platforms, and creative merchandise initiatives. I’ve also worked as a Teaching Assistant, supported large-scale logistics efforts at the Bryce Jordan Center, and explored market analysis through the Penn State Investment Association. I’m excited to bring my business acumen, collaborative mindset, and drive to an entry-level role in operations, customer success, or business strategy.
