I am an Engineer and Retired Navy Officer with experience in production and maintenance in both electrical and mechanical systems. I have worked for several companies within different industries, which has allowed me to apply my skills to different situations. I am a leader and very passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of production systems.With over four years of experience as a Service Technician at Edmonson Electric and other companies, I am an electrical expert who can identify and troubleshoot electrical problems.I also have a wide background in maintenance management in the food and beverage field. I led end-to-end operations and optimized the troubleshooting of filling machines, conveyors, and cappers machines. I was in charge of preventative and corrective maintenance and having the production lines running smoothly. I have a bachelor's degree in Electromechanical and a certification in Lean Six Sigma and Foundations of Project Management.I am passionate about providing excellent customer service, ensuring optimal functionality and safety of electrical and mechanical systems, and learning new skills and technologies.
