Management of Corporate Controllership, Strategic Planning, and Financial Accounting areas with recognized leadership skills and development of high-performance teams. Business vision specialized in structuring and automating processes, setting up and improvement of business information systems (B.I.’s and ERP), and process review projects for certifications (ISO, SoX). Currently certified by Regional Accounting Council (CRC). Overseeing the accounting department and preparing the financial statements in USGAAP, BRGAAP - CPC, and IFRS, Valuation, giving support to investors, internal, corporate, and international audits, as well as to government, financial, and market regulatory and inspection agencies (AMBIMA, CVM, BACEN).
