Reji Thomas is an entrepreneur and business leader who currently serves as the Founder & CEO of JenJon Group. With a career spanning over three decades, Reji has established himself as a multi-talented individual, wearing different hats in his various professional endeavors. One of Reji's primary focuses is to consult and train numerous multinational organizations to enhance their people skills potential. He has conducted over soft-skill and leadership training programs, and he continues to mentor and consult with many organizations in their growth trajectory. As the Chief Apiculture Ambassador, Reji is a passionate advocate for sustainable apiculture across regions. He also owns a premium Honey Brand, Goldy Licks. Additionally, as a Holiday Specialist, he operates multiple Holiday Homes across geographies and plans customized international holidays for clients. Reji's career includes experience in several verticals, including Vacation Rentals, Retail, Financial, Hospitality, Hospital, Sales, IT, Education, and Service. He has held business positions of increasing responsibilities in leading multinational and Indian organizations across various geographies before moving to be an entrepreneur. During his earlier stint in the corporate world, Reji has contributed significantly to the growth of companies such as Eureka Forbes, Bombay Hospital, Go Air, Domino’s Pizza, Zicom, and Sodexo, where he held senior leadership roles. Reji holds a Bachelor of Management and a Masters degree in HR Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), India. He has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and a certification from the faculty of London School of Economics. Reji has completed a Senior HR Professionals workshop conducted by the faculty of the University of Michigan. Reji's dedication to education and social causes is evident through his various positions, including being on the Board of Studies of the Department of Hospitality and Hotel Administration of the Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati. He also volunteers his time and resources as the Trustee and Hon. Secretary of JM & SJM Centre, an NGO, managing a school for 1400+ students at an underprivileged school and carrying out charitable activities at Cooper Hospital, Mumbai. Reji is also a public speaker, occasional visiting management faculty, and talent selection panellist of many management and hospitality schools.
