Rekha Kumar is an accomplished academic leader and finance enthusiast, currently as Vice Principal of the School of Commerce and Management at Sri Balaji University, Pune. With over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience, Rekha is passionate about bridging the gap between academics and industry. Armed with an MBA in Finance, she has mastered the art of teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development, inspiring students across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. As the IQAC Coordinator and a member of the Board of Studies, Rekha plays a pivotal role in driving academic excellence and innovation within the institution. Rekha is aiming to connect with dynamic professionals and researchers in management and finance.
