I am currently a RED Postdoctoral Fellow at SciLifeLab Campus Solna in the Herland group, where I focus on developing cerebral, vascular, and choroid plexus organoids for disease modeling and high-throughput drug screening. My research integrates stem cell biology, organoid engineering, and neuropharmacology, with the goal of creating translational models for metabolic and neurodevelopmental disorders. As the Organoid Lead at SciLifeLab Solna, I specialize in organoid modeling and am heavily involved in advancing drug screening techniques. Additionally, I serve as a Scientific Advisor for OrCAGE (a KTH spin-off, 2025–present), where I provide guidance on brain organoid applications, experimental design, identifying unmet needs, and conducting pilot studies that integrate OrCAGE and AutoCAGE into organoid workflows.
