About Remco Bitter

Starting as a project leader in a technical environment, I found two elements key to success: structure and people. My background in physics and six sigma gave me the tools to structure my projects. Through lean manufacturing I learned that successful transformations can only be achieved by dealing with the human aspects the appropriate way. Continuous improvement is my passion and helping others achieving a breakthrough gives me energy. My helicopter view allows me to see the bigger picture and my hands-on approach helps me create the momentum on the shopfloor to make the changes sustainable. Building on my strengths of structure, data analysis and continuous improvement, Quality Assurance gives me the platform to improve processes and products to meet and exceed the customer demands.
