About Remco de Witte

I have found that I have the ability to identify different levels of technical understanding within an organization. I use this ability to get people together and to create and maintain a level of trust, even when the interests are not 100% lined up. This ability, as well as the technical knowledge and skills backing it up, was first developed during my 10 years as a maritime engineer at a major cruise company, where a lot of demands and expectations came together on a day to day basis, and further honed by working in project environments over the rest of my career. The maritime world will always draw me in, and I will strive to have ships equipped with easy to use, environmental compliant, state of the art products. Working at Alfa Laval provides me with enough opportunities to do just that!
