I am a technically seasoned IT Manager who is passionate about delivering the best IT to our business and clients with my team. At a very young age I discovered my passion for IT and I was happy to make use of this passion into my professional career. I have over 22 years of work experience during which I have developed a wide range of skills both from a technical, as well as business and management perspective. I am constantly seeking for opportunities to develop new skills and improve in what I do. I am customer focused, eager, full of perseverance, organized, quick thinker, eye for detail, a team player and have experience in leading multicultural teams across different regions. I like leading projects and bringing people together to achieve success through my strong communication. I am eager to understand the business needs and translate this to the best possible IT solution. The love that I have for development, experience in the financial world, working on both client and vendors side have taught me to constantly strive to serve our business and customers better and more efficiently. As manager I try to learn every day from the people in my team, to understand what drives them and what they need to excel in their day-today work.
