I am professional, flexible and driven in the area of program- and project management. I’m trustworthy and loyal and I can communicate at every level of the organization. I’m overseeing the process, monitoring the status and managing multiple vendors, cross-functional teams, and frequent executive level reporting and communications. I am honest, a good listener, a quick thinker and the struggles I’m in today are developing my strength for tomorrow. I’m putting my goals in a broader strategic perspective and I only start something with the end in mind. I take responsibility and give confidence to the people I’m working with. I don’t build a project, I’m building a team and then they build the project. Hard work, determination, perseverance and the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm are key to that.
