About Remi Ledoux

After studying electrical and mechanical Engineering and then international industrial business, I had the opportunity to work in marketing, sales, engineering, projects management, industrial production, maintenance, continuous improvement and many other areas. Along those years, I gained experience in financials, new technology development and industrialization, analysis and optimization of the production and spending, worldwide customer or supplier relationship management. Through those years, I was able to work in different fields confirming my ability to adapt: ​​The automotive industry, the chemical and packaging industry, the paper industry, the petrochemical industry and its derivatives. Whether in administrative, commercial or technical functions, I was able each time to adapt and confirm my ability to assume the responsibilities entrusted to me. Based in the Czech Republic, then in China, then in Poland and now in French Brittany, I was also able to work in Russia, Romania, Egypt, United Kingdom, USA, India, Brazil, Italy and some other countries. In charge of projects from feasibility study up to the sale of the final products, passing through the preparation of budgets, schedules, human resources, suppliers; the development of the necessary technologies, the implementation of plans for cost reduction, validation, certification, etc. Projects for new production lines, new products or even a complete new factory. 2018 to 2022 years have been devoted to running and managing the technical services of a factory. In charge of the design office, methods, maintenance, safety, investments and budgets, insurance, audits and upgrades, etc. Now in global purchasing operation, I can manage the optimization of the process for investment and goods & services procurement for seven plants of the group organization.
