CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES - Line Pipes Blasting and Coating Inspection - Facilities (Vessels, Platforms, FPSOs) Abrasive Blasting, Hydro blasting and Coating Inspection - Pipeline ROW Field Joint Coating (FJC) Supervision - Line Pipes CWC (Concrete Weight Coating) Inspection - General Coating and Painting Inspection - PFP and Insulation Inspection - Corrosion control pre-project site surveys/ scoping - Corrosion control Project/ QAQC management - ISO 9001: 2015 QMS Company Management Representative - Designing of project’s welding and coating quality procedures, ITP’s, in line with the specifications approved or recommended by the clients- Ensuring compliance to procedures and standard work practices during projects. Raising/close out of QC TQ’s (Quality Technical Queries), NCR’s and enforcing corrective/preventive actions as appropriate during projects- Coating inspection for plant applied coatings (FBE, 3 LPE)- Co performs inter departmental audits in line ISO 9001 requirements- Designing of project quality Documents (Coating, Anode Installation and Welding) including ITP’s, Plans and Procedures in line with the specifications approved or recommended by the clients- Raising/close out of TQ’s (Technical Queries), NCR’s and enforcing corrective/ preventive actions as appropriate during projects- Coating Plant Project raw material and coated samples qualification testing and approval through laboratory analysis/tests like gel time test, moisture content test, PE/PP/Adhesive Melt Flow Rate (MFR), Cure Time Cathodic Disbondment tests, Hot Water Soak adhesion tests, Flexibility tests, Interface Porosity/Contamination tests and Thermal Characteristics (with DSC machine)- Development, documentation of Welding and Coating project reports and project dossiers at projects end- Pickling and passivation inspection - Installation of Fire jackets on ESDV inspection - Passive fire Protection PFP
