I think beauty of our life is simplicity. The same applies for engineering. I strive to make people's life easier. I think that any complex model, norm or standard can be followed in easy way. And I like technology. A cutting edge of technology to be more precise. This is why I- work with leading automakers and their suppliers - design and deploy simple yet effective processes, that work for people, not other way round - use human language for normative and compliance aspects - work with managers and engineers to ensure that they understand what is expected from them and why "If you do what you love, you never need to work". This sentence defined my professional journey- more than 15 years of Software R&D experience in IoT, Telecom, and Automotive business - working in Process Management, Project and Quality Management, Information Security and Export controls areas - always close to the people and products, as an expert, coordinator and manager I was seamlessly cooperating with all company levels: from Engineers, Support Functions personnel, through mid-level and senior Managers, up to Leadership Teams of V-ce presidents. I was working with international and multicultural teams (EU, US and Asia), driving changes in organizations up to 3500+ employees, and successfully cooperating with 20+ big logos corporate customers.
