Senior IT (operations) manager with 20 years of IT management experience. During my career I managed IT teams up to 28 FTE, responsible for IT operations, Service Delivery and Application management, and large IT project portfolio's. My whole career I worked for major international compagnies in different industries ( Banking, Automotive and Chemicals ). Descriptions that represent me as a person and a leader are, hands-on, team player, people manager, result driven, ambitious, and loyal. Specialties: Leading IT teams (up to 28FTE), Agile leadership, DevOps, Technical Application Management, IT operations,(ITIL) Service Management, contract management,(PRINCE2 and Agile) Project Management,Infrastructure, Resource Management, Coaching and facilitating IT professionals. I am used to operate with teams, fulfilling IT Governance, and controls and or implementing them/bring them to a more mature level. Knowledge of frameworks like COBIT5 and industry standards like PCI-DSS, but also regulations like PSD2 and GDPR. My top priority at work is having fun. My team and me should work together on challenging projects, in challenging environments, and focus on continuous improvement. I think it is important that teams and team members are inspired by each other and get a podium to accelerate.
