I advise and represent stakeholders in the manufacturing industry throughout the entire life cycle of their contracts – from strategic negotiations and drafting cooperation agreements to resolving complex disputes over contract termination. Alongside my work in civil litigation, preliminary relief proceedings, and arbitration, I have experience in obtaining and lifting pre-judgment attachments (conservatory seizures). Clients value the combination of strategic insight, thorough legal knowledge, and a practical, results-focused approach. I closely follow European developments in sustainability and product safety. I translate regulations arising from the EU Green Deal into contractual arrangements that help companies operate in a future-proof way. In this capacity, I have been a Legal Expert for many years with the Green Chemistry Accelerator, where manufacturing companies aim to bring innovations in recycling, bio-based solutions, and carbon capture & utilisation (CCU) to market — with the ambition of accelerating the circular economy and building €100M+ companies. Alongside my legal practice, I am a lecturer in contract law for various industry associations, and I serve as a board member of the DFA Association (Distribution, Franchise & Agency), a leading professional association for lawyers and attorneys specialising in contract law in the Netherlands.
