About Remus Ang

Business and technology strategy consultant with 6+ years of experience leading digital and technology transformations for large global and Australian organisations across the government, financial services, superannuation, and health insurance sectors. I collaborate with leaders across the organisation from different business and technology areas to drive complex initiatives and capability workstreams at the strategic, operational, and delivery layers to realise business and customer value. I bring deep experience in digital & technology transformation, business analysis & product management, and change management. I have demonstrated knowledge in applying creative, human-centred design thinking approaches with traditional management consulting methodologies to synthesise and present complex information, surface customer experiences and needs, drive innovation, and secure alignment across stakeholders. As importantly, I care deeply about workplace culture, authenticity, and growth, leading Avanade’s PRISM Employee Network for the LGBTQIA+ and Allies community, and mentoring our graduates.
