About Ren Basra

As a Sales Coordinator at Bosch UK, I have been responsible for managing the commercial workflow process for all customer quotations, purchase orders, and order acceptances. I also handle the processing and coordination of all PtB invoices/credit note invoices for Engineering Services (BEG/SGB). Additionally, I produce monthly reports and slides for SGB Sales meetings, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting. I have a strong background in administration and management, with skills in payroll, administration, and process improvement. I have also worked as a Content Conversion Administrator at OCR, where I converted content from PDF and Word formats into spreadsheets and uploaded them into the Content Management System. I have a Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service, which has equipped me with the skills to provide excellent customer service and support. My goal is to continue to grow and develop my skills in sales coordination and administration, and to contribute to the success of my team and organization.
