Veteran Advocate and Military Veteran with 17+ years of proven leadership experience, including 9 years Special Operations in the United States Army. Accomplished measurable results while leading teams in a dynamic, fast - paced environment. Possess a comprehensive background in program implementation and strategic planning derived from conducting domestic and global operations. Expert knowledge and abilities in project management, training, and operational planning. Possess extensive experience as a representative responsible for establishing and sustaining partnerships with internal and external partners. Proven track record of delivering tangible, robust improvements within the military and private sector. Recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism. Career supported by a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Criminology, where I focused on our veterans with PTSD, and what leads some of our heroes to criminal behavior. The book is called “Heroes and Handcuffs”. I am also a small business owner, as the President/CEO of Invictus Veteran Solutions LLC, where I work as a consultant for developers looking to build PSH units for our homeless veterans in California. I am considered an expert in my field, and I have a great relationship with the VA, Cal Vet, and other community partners relative to supportive housing for our nations heroes.
