Throughout my professional career, I’ve had the pleasure of working in various sectors. In each instance, I gained experience in how each respective business, municipality, or organization operated. With every role, I was able to enhance my skill set in administrative operations. As I look to the future, I am excited to join a quality organization and contribute to shared objectives. Please allow me to expand on some of my experiences below. In my current position as Custodian at Gallatin Airport Authority (Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport), in addition to my continued attention to detail, I have demonstrated both internal and external customer service. Internal customer service involves supporting co-workers and positively engaging with employees of airlines and businesses within the airport. External customer service includes directing passengers to locations within the airport and local areas. Earlier in my career, I worked on both sides of the criminal legal field. More recently, I worked in Watson Law Office as a Paralegal. In that role, I filed motions in Montana District Court, US District Courts, and Montana Supreme Court. Before that position, I was a Legal Assistant with Bozeman City Attorney’s Office for over a decade. In this role, alongside data entry, I managed the calendar for hearings and motions, researched defendant cases in other jurisdictions, and implemented workflow improvements that enhanced operations.
