I have enjoyed providing support to others as a professional for almost 20 years, covering an extremely broad selection of hardware and software, as well as a number of different occupations. I have primarily worked as a full-time employee and as a contractor within the technology industry. I work equally well either as part of a group or personally undertaking the tasks necessary to get the job done. I thrive, and I'm at my best when working in a challenging work environment. A few of my skills: • Logical and adaptive problem-solving techniques • Learn and apply skills quickly, especially with regard to technology • Interpersonal communication and patience, on both a professional and personal level My objective is to be a premier problem-solving professional based on: • Broad experience and knowledge of software and hardware technologies • Performance in demanding and complex situations • Approachable and friendly attitude Technology: Because I own and use the latest Windows, Android, iOS, and OSX devices daily I have extensive knowledge and understanding of the operating systems and their popular applications; from mobile devices, to workstations, to servers and networks. I also enjoy customizing and enhancing the user experience for both myself and those around me, not just on things directly related to technology, in an effort to make processes and interaction more efficient. 3D Printing: For the last few years I have been spending more time working with the various aspects of 3D printing. From the design of unique products using a number of different CAD programs to optimizing the printing process from both the software and hardware aspect. I've also been maintaining and enhancing 3D printers for various businesses throughout the greater Toronto area. Gaming: I have worked as QA Lead, applying my problem-solving skills with great success on titles for PS2, Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita, and PS4. I have also enjoyed working on a number of system release titles.
