Born from a family crisis, Angel Advocates was developed to help people consolidate and organize their personal documents. Some of the services we offer are; document organization assistance, application assistance, and assistance in closing a loved one’s affairs after their death. We feel that one of the most important things you can do for your family is to “get your financial house in order” prior to a life changing event such as a death or incapacitation. The longer we live, the deeper and longer our life’s paper trail becomes. Then when something happens to us, our loved ones are left to deal with the turmoil and stress of sorting through that paper trail. There are many items to take care of and many questions that need to be answered; such as where your assets are held, who you owe money to, and most important, what are your wishes should you become incapacitated or pass away? But it doesn’t have to be that way. Angel Advocates is here to assist in building a roadmap for your loved ones to follow that will provide information in this time of confusion. Their questions will be answered, and they can close your affairs more efficiently; saving time, money, and heartache. They will know your wishes, and therefore, be able to celebrate your life instead of stress over your assets. Should your loved one pass without having their affairs in order, we assist in locating the needed documents for closing their affairs, and starting the necessary paperwork that is needed to claim any death benefits such as Social Security, Life Insurance, military survivor benefits, etc. Our mission at Angel Advocates is to offer Assistance in a Time of Need.
