About Renae Shafer

I’ve been with B&W for 17 years. Over the course of my career here, I’ve been able to gain a wide range of knowledge and experience. Starting out as a project scheduler I was able to learn the basics of the business and then moved into a system administrator role for multiple systems. With that experience I took a step into the Corporate side of the business diving into HRIS and Payroll focusing on multiple time and attendance systems and well as policy and procedure implementations. After that, I was able to expand my skill set beyond system administration into data analytics and reporting. For the past couple years I’ve been manager over Data Group, Pricing & Customer Programs and had a wonderful opportunity to expand my knowledge of the business into both vendor and customer databases. Along with gaining managerial experience, I was able to complete numerous process improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
