Renald Appiah is a highly accomplished finance professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in investment management, business development, and strategic consulting. He is currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Analytics & Leadership at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and holds a Master of Science in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School. Renald has demonstrated a proven track record of success in his roles at Wangara Green Ventures, where he progressively advanced from Senior Investment Associate to Principal. He has managed cross-functional teams, restructured loans, optimized fund performance, and successfully raised significant capital from institutional investors. His initiatives, such as implementing training programs for junior colleagues and setting up a crowdlending platform, have positively impacted the organization's growth and development. Prior to his tenure at Wangara Green Ventures, Renald served as a Business Development Manager at Innohub Limited, where he provided growth consultancy services, led the origination and execution of debt deals, and supported market research and entry for telemedicine businesses. He also secured a substantial project grant to establish a tech incubator. Renald's professional affiliations include the ANDE Investment Management Alumni and the Ghana Investment & Securities Institute Limited.
