He advises and represents local and foreign corporations on Indonesian commercial and securities regulations in relation to M&A, corporate restructuring, listing application, and foreign investment. He was involved in several of the firm’s major transactions such as a US$2 billion acquisition of a major bank in Indonesia, Rp1.7 trillion bonds issuance of a telecommunication company, US$40 million USD acquisition of interest in oil and gas companies, US$400 million initial public offering of one of the largest coal company in Indonesia. In 2010, Renaldi finished his master degree under the firm's scholarship program at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
