About Renan Carvalho

Professional graduated in Mechanical Engineering at UFF, MBA in Quality Management, fluent in english, 5 years of experience with team leadership, business administration, costumers relationship, entrepreneurship and continuos improvement. I believe that every kind of environment - professional, familiar, personal - is able to be developed everyday a bit more. Improvements are always welcome, they keep the gears turning and in turn, they are able to generate results. During all my carreer I bet in a work focused on ideas and solutions, where the goal is always a solid, growing and efficient panorama. Started my carreer as an AutoCAD designer in a machining and manufacturing company, then I applied to Mechanical Engineering at UFF (Universidade Federal Fluminense). Achieved such a big knowledge in a multinational company during my internship period, what secured my professional development, acquiring better team work skills, an approaching to the Loss Control system, Kaizen program, 5S, 5W2H tool, goals achievement together with a better positioning to new challenges. I look for a solid and ascendent career, contemplated by opportunities where I can collaborate to the direct building of the company patrimony. A communicative with experience abroad, clearly ready for jobs under pressure and a resilient prepared to get over new challenges
