With an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye on the future of Brazil, I actively seek to contribute to the development of engaged and capable leaders who can transform our country. I believe that the conscious integration of young people into the workforce is essential for the nation's development. Currently, I lead as CMO at Soccer Station, the first immersive and interactive football restaurant in Brazil. More than just a place to eat, we provide unforgettable experiences for families and friends, combining gastronomy, a passion for sport, and technology. In just over a year, we have welcomed over people to our units in São Paulo and Ribeirão Preto. Recently, I launched Direto ao Negócio, a content and video page where I share practical knowledge and implementable methodologies to help young entrepreneurs with their daily challenges and also with the development of their businesses. My passion for boosting the potential of young people extends beyond Soccer Station. As a Member Director of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee of FIESP, I participate in initiatives that foster the development of conscious leaders and promote a positive impact on the market and society. Representing São Paulo as a Councilor at CONAJE, I have the opportunity to contribute to the development of young entrepreneurship throughout the country. In the São Paulo Junior Companies Nucleus, I had the honor of presiding over the organization and leading the development of 64 Junior Companies. We connected with strategic partners and directly impacted the lives of more than 2,500 young entrepreneurs, contributing to the growth of their businesses and generating a transformative impact on their ecosystems. My career also includes working as Director at UFABC Jr. Consultoria, where I assisted micro and small entrepreneurs in optimizing processes, market analysis, and data management, boosting their results. A graduate in Science and Humanities, I am currently pursuing a specialization in Economics and Public Policy at the Federal University of ABC. I believe that education is the key to individual and social development, and I have always sought comprehensive and diversified learning, actively participating in student and sports groups. Driven by contagious enthusiasm and a belief in the power of education and entrepreneurship, I continue my journey with the purpose of contributing to the construction of a more prosperous and inclusive Brazil.
