With over 10 years of experience in finance and corporate finance, I am a seasoned and versatile director of finance at VELVET, the liquidity platform for late stage venture capital of emerging markets. My mission is to support the company's growth and value creation by leading and executing strategic financial initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Throughout my career, I have participated in several M&A deals, including a successful assets negotiation of above $1.3 billion USD in the oil and gas industry. I have also been entrusted by employers and clients as their representative, liaison, or interim financial director in various countries and businesses, where I have managed and turned around complex and challenging projects and operations. Additionally, I have co-founded and run my own consultancy company, where I proved a market hypothesis of sweat equity as a counterpart of meeting contractual goals. I have been working with scale-up technology businesses as a trusted financial officer for the last 10 years, contributing to their innovation and impact in the digital space.
