About Renanda Cakra Bagaskara

With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), I joined Sony in August 2021 as an Assistant Sales Supervisor and quickly advanced to an Area Sales Manager position in January 2024. Sony is a global leader in consumer electronics and entertainment, and I am proud to be part of its sales team. My core competencies include account sales management, presentations, communication, and problem solving, which I apply to manage accounts in Yogyakarta, Solo, and Purwokerto. I am responsible for achieving business targets, improving account sell-out and sell-in, and leading various aspects of sales operations, such as promoter management, shopfront management, dealer relationship management, and administrative work. My achievement is recorded growth in sell out by 144% and sell-in by 125%, achieved all-time high Sell-In and Sell-Out. I also analyze, forecast, and plan promotion activities based on historical sales, in house situation, and brand share. I work with a team of sales supervisors and promoters, and I collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, promotor management, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. I am motivated by delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, and I value innovation, creativity, and teamwork. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I also speak English and Indonesian fluently. I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my performance, and I welcome to feedback and challenges.
