About Renata Bianchi

As CFO - Director Finance & Administration, I developed my skills and capabilities in highly competitive multinational contexts. After many years of experience in companies in the computer industry and Oil and Gas I carry out the role of CFO - Temporary managers for Italian subsidiary of companies in different markets. My knowledge develops 360' in the finance sector, as regards all administrative issues, management control and budgeting, Warehouse and Management of human resources but also, thanks to my last work experience, in the commercial sector for contract management and the art of orders. I have participated in various international projects including start-up business, acquisitions of company branches and integration and optimization of both the human resources that the various information systems (SAP/IFS). I am a manager who loves to manage groups in autonomy and in respect of personal goals agreed and deadlines defined, I’m creative, quick and proactive toward business objectives and higher managers.
